All clubs may have scratches, dents, nicks, chips, stains, peeling paint, surface corrosion, etc. The listing photos are your primary source of details about each club's condition, but they may not show every single flaw. You may not seek a refund, return, or adjustment based on a minor defect not visible in the photos or not expressly disclosed in the written item description. I have personally inspected each club and guarantee there are no major defects that could affect performance, such as a bent shaft or damage to the club face that might affect the ball's trajectory. I can provide additional photos on request, and you may inspect any club in person in Arlington VA before purchase. 2. SHAFTS. Shafts may have stickers, adhesive residue from stickers, other surface soiling, and scratches. Metal shafts may have minor corrosion, which may or may not come off with metal polish. 3. GRIPS. Grips are playable unless otherwise noted. However, all grips are more than one year old and may show some deterioration such as dryness or cracks. 4. CLUB LENGTH. I measure playing length using the Most Common Method as described on hirekogolf.com (https://www.hirekogolf.com/how-is-the-length-of-a-golf-club-measured). This method yields a length 1-2 inches shorter than the total length of the club for shipping purposes. Before buying one of mine, compare the length shown in the listing to a similar club you use now, using the Most Common Method to determine the length of yours. 5. COMBINED SHIPPING. I can ship multiple clubs together to reduce shipping costs. Use the Add to Cart button for each item, then in your Cart click Request Total. I'll respond with an invoice showing a combined shipping charge. (I might need a day or two to find a different box.) Note that items in your Cart can be purchased by another buyer until you pay. To prevent that, use Buy it Now and pay the full shipping charges as indicated. I will issue a partial refund if I can combine them for a lower cost. I usually ship within one business day of receiving cleared payment. Most payments clear in 24-30 hours, but some take up to five days. I can't ship until ebay clears your payment, so please be patient. 2. SHIPPING RATES. a. I keep shipping charges as low as possible. I choose the least expensive method(s) for each item and I use clean, pre-loved packing materials so you're not paying for new supplies. What you see is my actual cost, plus a small handling fee to cover ebay's commission on shipping. (Without the handling fee I'd lose money on shipping. I love you, dear buyer, but not that much.) b. Local pickup in Arlington VA is almost always an option, and free if we can arrange it. c.
